You tell us what your personal requirements are, and the characteristics of the type of property you are looking to purchase and we will search our extensive database of new build and existing properties for sale. The properties which meet you criteria will be sent to you for perusal in the comfort of your home, that way you will have the benefit of understanding what styles and types of properties are available in any country without the legwork and anxiety of overseas fact finding missions.

How do we do what we do?
Our property for sale database normally includes over 6000 current up to date property details, that is far more than a typical local or even regional Estate Agents. We are continually adding and updating our overseas properties for sale after detailed checks are performed on financial stature of developers and on the legality of building approvals.
We work closely alongside established, trustworthy, experienced local Real Estate Agents and developers who give us access to their clients property portfolio. What will our service cost you?
The simple answer to that is NOTHING. We are reimbursed if we are successful in finding you a suitable property, and the sale is concluded. At that point the vendors agent or builder pays our fees which are normally reduced percentage of the sale commission fees. If you choose to buy through an agent other that through our recommendation, you will not be charged for any service or information we have provided to you.
