The front door opens into a small hallway with double part glass doors into a larger hallway with stairs up to the other floors. On the right is a lounge/dining room 8.5m x 5m and on the left is a breakfast room 3m x 3m, both rooms have windows looking out to the street, kitchen with fireplace, fitted units with granite work tops and a large walk-in pantry.

From the hallway stairs go up to the first floor where there is a good sized landing and double doors to a balcony which goes over the whole of the front of the house. There are three double bedrooms, two are over the street and the third is a rear bedroom. The two front bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and balcony doors. A large fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash hand basin, fitted closet and shelves.

The second floor is the same layout as the first with the exception of the balcony for which there is no access doors. There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and cupboards above, double bedroom 4.5m x 4.5m and single bedroom/office. All the rooms have ceiling fans.

Stairs go up to a very large roof terrace from where the views are stunning and there is a BBQ kitchen, part covered seating area and store room.

The property has been operating for three years as a B & B and already has a number of firm bookings for 2008.
